SEAL Discrete Analyzers are designed specifically for the environmental market. Our library of discrete analyzer methods includes a broad range of analytes that are important to environmental laboratories in waters, wastewaters, soils etc. SEAL guarantees each installation will achieve our published Method detection limits (MDL) when using SEAL methods. USEPA Approval of SEAL Discrete Analyzer Methods
We understand EPA-approved methods are critical for many laboratories and therefore we have invested significantly in this area. We are pleased to announce we have achieved individual letters of approval for our SEAL AQ2 environmental methods! These letters state that our methods are acceptable for both wastewater (NPDES) and drinking water (NPDWR/NSDWR) compliance monitoring. Contact SEAL Analytical for copies of our individual approval letters.
SEAL AQ UKAS methods are equivalent to “UK Blue Book”
UKAS methods applied to the AQ2 Discrete Analyzer are traceable to those methods published in the series “Methods for the Examination of Waters and Associated Materials”, produced by the Standing Committee of Analysts in the UK. The methods are acceptable for both drinking water and wastewaters according to criteria set by the UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and the DWI (Drinking Water Inspectorate).
Optimized SOIL methods
SEAL has methods specially optimized for the soil market. Methods for different extracts for parameters such as Phosphorous are listed in the Agricultural Method list.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The detection limits shown on our method list are what we would expect a typical laboratory to achieve. They are not the "best possible" limits. In fact many of our users exceed these detection limits.
